The Smoked chicken was to die for at Massimo Bar, Galway!

All I can say is wow!!! This was one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had in my life. The sandwich itself was a smoked chicken sandwich on a multi-grain bun with homemade chips fried in duck fat. It was also served with their homemade ketchup (to die for) and some cocktail pickles. The presentation was also very well done being served on a wood board and the ketchup in a small size one portion mason jar. Also as you can see by the picture the chips come in a tiny cute little fry basket that made smile the second I saw it. The service was out of this world as well. The second I sat down I was served and my drink came in quickly as well as the food. It is also worthy to mention that it was also very well priced only costing me just under €10. After I ate I went outside to their patio for a gin and tonic and some fresh air. The patio is also very beautiful, covered and heated. So no matter what the weather is like outside you can enjoy the outdoors. This is another big thumbs up from me and if you come across this place while in Galway definitely give it a shot!
